Coffee & Charisma LLC ("Coffee & Charisma," "we," "us") is a Florida-based consultancy providing product, software, and design services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through the SMS text messaging programs we operate on behalf of our own products, and how that information is used.
Information collected through this website
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and site performance purposes.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other sites. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script; it may set a short-lived cookie scoped to the challenge itself. Beyond that, this site sets no cookies. Scheduling links open Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
SMS text messaging programs
Coffee & Charisma operates SMS text messaging on behalf of software products it builds and administers, including Ninny Notes, a caretaking coordination application for family caregivers. This section describes how those programs work.
Ninny Notes SMS program
Ninny Notes is a private, invite-only application used by an approved group of family members and caregivers to coordinate care for a single care recipient. When a caregiver's account is created or approved by an administrator, that person may provide a phone number and opt in to receive SMS text messages related to caregiving coordination — including medication reminders, shift updates, appointment alerts, and missed-task escalation notices. Message frequency varies based on caregiving activity for that household. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of Ninny Notes text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. You can also ask an administrator to remove your phone number from the account.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.
Sharing of information
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers Coffee & Charisma relies on to operate its website and applications — such as hosting providers, our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), and email delivery providers — and only as needed to provide the relevant service.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect the information we collect, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children's privacy
This website and our SMS programs are intended for use by adults and are not directed to or knowingly used by children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
