These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the SMS text messaging programs operated by Coffee & Charisma LLC ("Coffee & Charisma," "we," "us"), a Florida-registered consultancy. By using this website or opting in to one of our SMS programs, you agree to these Terms.
Coffee & Charisma is a product, software, and design consultancy. This website describes our services and provides a way to contact us. Coffee & Charisma also builds and operates its own software products, including Ninny Notes, and this page governs the SMS messaging associated with those products.
Ninny Notes is an invite-only caretaking coordination application. By providing your phone number and opting in within the app, you consent to receive recurring, automated SMS text messages related to caregiving coordination, including medication reminders, shift updates, appointment alerts, and escalation notices. Message frequency varies based on caregiving activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. mobile carriers; coverage and reliability may vary.
Ninny Notes is a coordination tool, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency services. If there is a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) directly.
This website is provided for informational purposes about Coffee & Charisma's services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse the contact form or attempt to disrupt the site.
This website and our SMS programs are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that messages, alerts, or notifications will always be delivered promptly or at all, including due to factors outside our control such as carrier filtering or delivery delays.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee & Charisma LLC and the people who operate it are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or our SMS programs, including missed or delayed notifications.
If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
