Coffee & Charisma is a Florida-registered consultancy — the business entity Brent Gann uses to take on independent product, software, and design work outside of his full-time role. It's one umbrella for a range of project types: strategy engagements, full software builds, websites, and brand design.

Brent is a Principal Product Manager at Enable, building integration and API tooling for supply chain rebates. He's spent his career moving between product strategy and hands-on engineering — from leading software teams on an FDA-regulated healthcare product at NantHealth, to running technology partnership and integration ecosystems at companies like Crossbeam, Splash, and Daxko.
He also teaches Ethics and Information Technology at Florida State University, a course that reaches roughly 1,000 students a year, and holds an MBA and a Master's in Computer Science/Software Engineering, in addition to his undergraduate degree in Computer Science — all from Florida institutions.
Outside of work, Brent founded and runs Bay County Disc Golf, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and designs much of its branding, merchandise, and event marketing himself.
